Biographical/Historical note

J. Clayton Tullis began collecting postcards of the Utah State Capitol Building when he volunteered as a tour guide at the Utah State Capitol building. Tullis has been interested in the Utah State Capitol building for many years and began collecting anything relating to the capitol building -- its history, construction, and people who played a role in its development and construction.
