Scope and Contents note
This collection contains material pertaining to the development and execution of two six week video/discussion series hosted by the Utah Valley State College library, organized under the direction of the media librarian, Lori Stevens.
Programs hosted include: Fast Forward: Science, Technology, and the Communications Revolution, was offered September 13th through October 18th, 2001, and discussed communication technologies such as telephone, television, radio, motion pictures, and Internet; From Rosie to Roosevelt: A History of Americans on the Home Front in World War II. ran February 1st through March 8th, 2001, and covered "issues and experiences of the American people during World War II."; Frankenstein: Penetrating the Secrets of Nature A Traveling Exhibition to America's Libraries was hosted from March 22 through April 30th in 2004; and Voices and Views of Black America ran from February 18th through the 21st in 2003.
Each series contains materials related to advertising and promoting the programs, financial materials such as fund-raising information, budgets, ledgers, receipts, and grant reports, and feedback evaluations from program participants.

Some subseries were arranged to create similar orders between the two top level series. Materials within subseries were left in original order.

Processing Information
Upon acquisition a basic inventory was conducted, and the materials located in Boxes 5 and 6 were flagged for PIIs. All materials in these boxes have been added to the register (finding aid) but will not be published until a more in-depth review can occur and specific restricted items are identified.
